Question Rear Strut Bars

Hi, i was just readin a thread on the generic brand struts but i cant find it anymore so im just posting up a quick question. Someone wrote that the front strut bar is supposed to be adjustable to fix any misalignments or something like that so therefore you shouldnt buy the crap on ebay. But the whiteline front strut bar is adjustable so its a good bet. If im right about this then great. if not, please correct me. now, if that is the case, does that mean the rear strut bar is adjustable too? if not, does that mean the rear strut bar can be bought off ebay or something or is whiteline or cobb or some other well known company is the place to go to to buy it. thanks for the help in advance guys.
