hey everyone. i purchased a prodrive suspension fro my wagon in 1998 from mike shields. this was back when it was very expensive and laborious to do so
its now been about 5 years and probably like 75K-100K miles have been on that suspension. i dont know if its all the snow melting and making the potholes worse but lately i've found my suspension harsher than normal and seems to bounce more down the road after a hard bump. i know suspensions get worse gradualy over time as opposed to suddenly failing but iwas wondering what the average lifespan of my suspension usually is(the average) also is there a way to see what condition they're in? will a subie tech with a visual inspection do or do i need a shock dyno type of analysis?
thanx in advance everyone,
-Lou

i realized that maybe more info is needed. the prodrive suspension i have is bilstein inverted struts with ebiech springs. its a pre sorted non adjustable type set.
any help from any suspension gurus would be greatly appreciated!

75-100k would be very good to get out of any suspension. If your feeling things getting a bit rougher, your struts are likely going- with that much mileage they'd almost have to be.
The springs should be fine. I have heard nothing but praise for the P1 suspension.
