how long does the stock suspension last?

I own a 2002 wrx with 90K on it. I auto x once a month and drive the car daily as well. I'm on the stock struts and springs but I am running sway bars from whiteline. How long can I expect the stock suspension to last? How many more miles? There isn't anything in the manual about replacing them just inspecting them.

Thanks guys.

nobody will know the answer to your question, its a hit and miss part. my 04 sti drivers side front strut was brand new in the box from the dealer and started knocking at 15K.

Actually, this is an easy question to answer.

Most cars need new struts by 50K.

Unless there's a catastrophic failure, the struts slowly wear out & lose their ability to properly control the vehicle.
Most people will not notice this slow degradation in strut performance...until the struts are replaced.

How much does replacing struts cost? Non aftermarket ones that is.
