Project Mu Versus Cobb

I am looking at buying a stage 3 braking kit for my '98 RS that I want to build into a monster, and I have heard great things about Project Mu. I've ordered new Mu pads for my STi, but I heard that Cobb's setup is very nice also. I'd just like to see who is running what and what they think about it. Is there anything else I should be looking at to help my stopping power other than steel lines, calipers, rotors and new brake pads?
