Prodrive springs installed correctly?

Have Prodrive springs installed on my 02 WRX, they make a clicking sound over some bumps, sounds like it's from the front but could be both front and back. Could they be installed wrong? Thought they should be silent?

Maybe your struts and shocks are making the clicking sound.
It is possible your struts and shock need to be replaced.

Also check the top nut on the strut and see if it loose. I've heard this may cause clunking problems too.

Your right its probably the struts clicking, I thought if the springs where installed wrong it was causing them to do this. Have 61,000 mi., whats the life span of stock struts? Will check the top nut. Thanks.

Around 60-70K miles your struts and shocks will probably be worn out
and need replacing. One of my good friends has a 02 WRX and he has
only 30K miles on his car.He ended up replacing his front struts and rear
shocks because one each on the front and back were making a clicking noise
when he would encounter a bump in the road. They are a simple wear and tear
item so struts and shocks really aren't a big deal.

+1

I've done this on two different cars now. The nut will seem tight when the car is suspended in the air...but once you set it down, the nut is actually loose.

Tighten them up some more, and make sure you follow the proper torque specs!

If this isn't it, it could be that you didn't index the springs properly when installing them.
