New to Coilovers!

Hello, I'm new to these forums and pretty much new to the car scene, I have a 1999 2.5RS. It handles pretty well, but I receive a lot of body roll and rear tail kicking out lately. I don't really care for comfort and will be using the car for backroads and autoX. I just want to eliminate the body roll altogether.

These are pretty much my only upgrades for the car:
Megan Rear Tower Bar
Cusco Rear Anti Roll Bar
Cusco GC8 Front Strut Bar
(stock springs and struts)

A couple months back I was recommended the Koni inserts/Ground control coilovers setup. I just would like to know more about this setup and where I can purchase some for cheap :] I think someone mentioned buying bakemono's camber plates as well?

My maximum budget is around 1500 dollars

Thanks a lot!
