Need help with clunking

Ok so I have clunking in both front sides, I replaced the outer tie rod and strut top mount (just the part with bolt stems) on the drivers drives and it went away. Now on the passengers side I replaced inner and outer tie rod (boot was ripped on inner rod) and replaced ball joint. The clunking went away a little after I replaced the ball joint but I still get it when going over patched potholes. If I hit a bigger bump it doesn't clunk. What else could I check? Could the sway bar end link be bad cause I can twist it rather easy with a pair of pliers, or could the strut top mount be bad also on this side. The only reason I replaced the drivers side strut mount was a bolt stem snapped. I don't know what else to check and I want to get it fixed to get aligned so I don't wear out the tires. Thanks for any help.

I forgot to mention that. Its a 03 wrx sedan with 96,000 and I have Tein s-tech spring on tokico d-spec struts with stock mounts. That is it for suspension, and just a helix turbo back exhaust. I bought the car brand new in october of 2002

Ok so I was driving the car today and it sounded like the front end was gonna fall off. I got home and got underneath and there was grease coming out of the cv axle boot by the tranny. Also a bolt/pin on the brake caliper seized up and the caliper was moving around freely so I am pretty sure that is the clunking. I bought a new cv axle and when I was putting the pin in on the tranny end the pin snapped half way through, is it gonna matter? Of so how the hell do I get it out, I tried by putting something through the hole and pounding it out but it ain't budging.

Well i replaced the passengers side cv axle and had a seized bolt/pin in my brake caliper bracket. I soaked in liquid wrench overnight and after several sledge and fork poundings it came out. I replaced it with new ones and the clunking is gone. The caliper was banging around when i hit bumps. So i will change my other axle and ball joint and off to get it aligned. The other axle is on the fritz, i can hear it so i am better off changing it now

Maybe 40,000. That was my initial thought that they were bad. I have a set of stock rear struts for sale that have 35,000 miles on them for sale since i dont need them
