most versatile suspension setup.

so origionally i wanted a suspenion that had my car real low that would only see the street. well tonight i went and mobbed around in the mud and decided my car cant be too low to do stuff like that. so what are good stiff springs that have a good stance but dont loose the off road ability of the car? i currently have s-techs sitting in a box in my garage. ive heard a lot of different high changed with these srings, anything from 1.5" drop in the front to 2.5" in front and .75" to 1.5" in the back. so how much will these really drop the car? i will be going with KYB AGX shocks and helix rear sway bar and endlinks. what springs would compliment that setup nicely. Aaron@S-S said that i should be able to run a drop with me tires right now (245/40/17 Kumho Ecsta Supras on Rota SDR's) whats everyone else view on this. if it rubs he said we could roll the fender, so im not too worried but just curious. thanx for the help guys!

I think you should talk to Aaron about a custom GC sleeve setup. Nate@S-S has extensive experience doing custom setups with Ground Control components. Aaron's wagon is on STi struts with some rather stiff GC sleeves. This would allow you to go stiffer without costing you the ground clearance you want to keep. Good compromise solution and cheaper than a full coilover setup.
