Perrin puts out a nice spring that would lower your car to a great height for your set up.

I'd use the Eibachs before I'd use the Tiens or Perrins...

TEINs - i hear the ride is crappy and harsh, and they will blow the stock struts easily.

 

Well really, it's up to your taste. A spring that drops the car low like Tein can't really be plush as a spring that doesn't. A spring that lowers a lot more then another has to be stiff, or else you would be bottoming out too often. If you had a soft spring that dropped 2", you would probably hit your bumpstops often, giving you one hell of a jolt each time.

Also, it is because of this stiffness that your stock shocks will wear out a lot faster. It's a common request to be low and ride comfortably... But it's not really that easy to get with just springs. Coilover systems can be more comfortable while being low because of their adjustable dampening and 2-way height adjustment; more travel allows for more spring/body compression, and they can use a softer spring too.

And .. it also depends on what you prefer. There isn't really an "optimal" setup, except what you like. For some reason, people misrepresent a spring with a stiff ride as being "crappy" but it's not.. it's just stiff ...

i have tein s-tech springs and i like them(so far)

 

I had Tein's and they were perfect not to harsh got rid of uneven wheel gap price was right.. Had Eibach now on two cars neither of which I purchased and sorry maybe it is the cars but the ride on both cars was/is bouncy and harsh maybe just me and the cars. But everybody has different taste's. If somebody local gets some Eibach's and throws them in and I can take it for a spin and like them then I might get them...
