Jack points?

Jack points?
what are the other jack points besides on the side of the car. I was wanting to raise the hole back end but I did not see a good place to put the jack to raise the car from. I will also need to know what is a good place to raise the front from. I know this sounds stupid but I just did not see any place.

If you have a floor jack, use thr rear diff, put a piece of wood between the the diff and the jack, at the front use the plate in the center that covers the sway bar.
Always stabilize the vehicle with jack-stands when raising more than one wheel at a time.
