I've just got a 00' impreza rs. It is drop and has some red springs. I took it to the shop and they said it wasn't adjustables but friends told me they were. If they are how can you tell and where do you adjust them? Any comment is appreciated thanks.

 

Stick you head in there and look at the springs. If the springs are sitting on a threaded collar then they are height adjustable (see www.ground-control.com for examples of this). If the springs are just sitting on the spring perch on the strut then they are not. Good luck.
