Horrible Brake Noise

I recently had a Racing Brake kit installed on my 05 WRX (4 piston caliper, CGI slotted rotors, HPS brake pads). I understand the break in period for new brakes, but this is rediculous. It seems like everytime my brakes heat up I am getting a horrible screeching sound. It seems to happen the most when I come to a slow stop applying mininal brake pressure, but has been know to happen under more pressure as well. I can't take this sound anymore and I am wondering what is causing it in the first place? It seems like it is metal to metal contact or like something needs more lubrication. Can anyone help me with this problem?

What kind of pads and rotors do you have? By that I mean what are their composition?
If they are both metallic (not carbon or kevlar or any other combinations) then you will usually get that metal to metal screech.

Not to sure what the composition is, but I bought everything as a package so it's not like I pieced everything together to make it work. Here is a link to the kit that I bought http://www.racingbrake.com/product_p...111-411-78.htm I would have hoped that the company would have thought this through a little better if it is the combination of the rotors and pads that the kit came with that is causing the screech. I am going to try calling the company this weekend or Monday to see what they have to say, but any other information would be appreciated in the mean time.

The HPS pads are of a ferro-carbon composition, which should be fairly quiet. Maybe they just need to be bedded-in a bit more aggressively?

I have done everything I can think of. They have been on the car for about 3 weeks now so I figured they would be broken in by now. I have tried grinding the edges down a little so it makes more contact with the inside of the pads rather than the outside and that didn't work. I am about to put this back to stock and sell this kit because I am sick of taking everything apart to try and figure this out. There is no way they should come to a screeching stop every single time for the amount I paid for these things. I am going to call the company and tell them to give me different pads or something because this is BS!
If anyone else has any more info before I go nuts please help me out.

I figured it out. It is the type of rotors that i bought. I bought the CGI nickel plated rotors instead of just regular slotted ones. Apparently these brakes and this rotor don't match up to well. So for now I just put the stock rotors on until I get new slotted ones.

I have the same problem as u describe, except I am running on stock rotors with Project Mu B Force pads. It only makes noise when applying light pressure and coming to a very slow stop (i.e less than 7 mph).
