Holy feedback!!!!!!!

Holy feedback!!!!!!!
i know i have ask this but lets ask again to keep it all in the same thread.

Ok, this is what now!

Kartboy short shifter
Kartboy front and back crossmamber bushing
Kartboy front and back shifter bushing
dba 5000 sloted 2 part front disk
dba 4000 sloted back disk
Hawk HPS pad front and back
Motul 5.1 brake oil
Goodridge stanless steel brake line
Master cylinder support braket

as you can tell, it is all aimed at car, shifting, steering and pedal, feel or feed back and response. So with this in mind, i am looking for the best setup for swaybard and bushing combo one can think of. However, i will be using Whiteline bars and some of there bushing and Lachute Performance Endlikes.

what i am after is size or part numbers and new ideas.

oh BTW the road are somewhat bad!!

whiteline 22mm adjustable, I'd go with helix endlinks (lifetime warranty), and get the whiteline swaybar mounts too, it's make a huge difference...

without some really good tires and at least some springs if not a coilover setup, i wouldn't necessarily suggest the front. You'll be happy with the increased oversteer from the rear for sure.

Big bars make rough roading really bad. Therefore stay with 22mm or less front and back. STI and Cusco are some other nice options. If you are still on stock tires, do something about that before wasting your money on other things.

I went with Whiteline adjustable 24mm swaybars and Kartboy links front and rear and I'm very happy with them. The rear settings are 22, 24 and 26, The front 24 and 26.

The front made a huge difference on my car and I replaced the rear mounts on my 02 with 04 mounts. AFAIK only the 02 and 03 need upgraded mounts.

If you don't have a shop of choice TIC is a great vendor http://turninconcepts.com/index.php

I'll admit a bigger bar will make the car ride more rough but tires will make a bigger difference. My car rides a little rough with my setup when I have the S03's on but it's not bad at all with my winter tires. I also have a completely different suspension that is stiffer and lower than his so I'd think he would be happy with a Whiteline adjustable 24mm FSB set at the softest setting. I guess it all depends on the individual, I'm more concerned with performance and the next guy might want a little performance without sacrificing comfort.

I installed my FSB and steering rack bushings (what a pain in the a$$) at the same time and it put a bigger smile on my face than any of my other suspension mods. I'll admit if I was at the OE ride height I don't know that it would have made as much of a difference since the car would be OK camber curve wise.

I think he has a 04 STI so he isn't running the crappy RE92's.

Your on the right start, Its the same exact stuff I installed on my 04 STi.
Some other things that I have you might like are
JDM pink springs, group N top hats, Whiteline swaybars 27fr 24r, kartboy links,
whiteline STX legal castor bushings, steering rack bushings, and TIC fender braces.
But then again what do you want the car for?
Street, track, auto-x or all around
I have the stiffer swaybars because I auto-x
Also I converted my hubs to an 05 and mounted RE0-1R's (245/45/17)and the car rides alot smother over the rough roads
the stock STi tires have a super stiff sidewall, it will make minor problems in the road feel rough

Wow I bet that wasn't cheap. Did you go with the 6Gun kit http://www.6gunracing.com/products.asp ? I'm also thinking of going with the RE0-1R's since I can't get S03's anymore. I heard (not positive though) the sidewalls aren't as stiff as the S03's but they still did better on the skid pad than any other street tire that the Tire Rack has tested.

did go with 6gun since everything was already pieced
your right altogether close to 4g because of the other parts needed
the tires are great, as for the side wall i know its softer than stock
compared to s03 not sure but, its only slightly softer than the Advan Neova
