Did you do a proper bed-in?

Which pads are they?

Check out StopTech's white pages in regards to brake pads.

I just put these same ones on. Didn't use any paste, just hit up the compressor and blew all of the dust off and did the proper bed-in. No problems. Check the squealers for the rear pads and see if they were put on wrong. Just a suggestion

Thats just the price you pay for higher performance stuff. The reason why stock stuff sucks for the most part is because they've got all sorts of bell and whistles that you don't need in order to make the car more comfortable to drive. Ever try gutting a car? There is so much crap in there. These sounds are normal. Next time try filing down some of the pain on your new pads where they contact the shims. That should do a little.

Just put the HPS's on

After a good wash...the squeal goes away...seems like after about a week (we've been having some nice weather here in Hawaii), occasional squealing occurs until I decide to wash the car again. I usually just do the normal wheel cleaning and direct the nozzle toward the pad area...cleans out the excess dust and debris build-up...

These pads are awesome...stopping has improved, noise is comparable to the stock sti pads, dusting has significantly decreased and together with Stoptech SS lines and Motul RBF-600 syn...my cars stopping power has increased dramatically...this is my daily driver...no complaints.
