For about $200 it's one of the better braking upgrades.

I had a recent driving school and on the long straight I would reach about 115MPH and then had to brake to about 15MPH for a hairpin turn. The rear end was a lot more planted and didn't feel twitchy when braking hard. On top of that for asthetic purposes, it looks much better by filling up the space in the wheel.

The best price is to buy it online.

www.subaruparts.com You'll find their prices are really reasonable compared to going to the dealer themselves. Funny thing is that they are a dealer, but internet prices are much cheaper then buying from them in person

That's where I got the above brakes. I've been getting OEM Subaru stuff from Lisa (aka Sugar) since 97. Good prices and good service. I got some stuff from her today in fact.

I was wondering if there was a downside, (other than having to hack up the dust shield) to running the larger Legacy rear rotors? I've already got Subaru 4pot calipers and DBA650 rotors on the front.

I have the 4 pots in the front w/ the upgraded rears and I haven't noticed any negatives myself.
