Car Info: 02 Impreza WRX sedan
Camber is adjustable on the front struts by way of a strut mounting bolt with an eccentric or cam integrated into the upper mounting bolt. Turning it increases or decreases camber within a narrow range. Aftermarket camber bolts are available, as are camber plates that install on top of the strut mounting point in the engine compartment.

Rear camber is non-adjustable from the factory but there are also aftermarket parts that allow adjustment.

Here is one suspension buildup by Sport Compact Car Magazine from a few years back but most of the information still applies. Your member profile doesn't state what model year you drive but the magazine article was written for the GD WRX.

I think that there may be a greater necessity for aftermarket camber adjustment when the Impreza is lowered to achieve the desired amount of negative camber, but I have no experience with this. Don't go overboard with negative camber just to ensure tire-to-fender clearance - your vehicle's handling works best within a certain range depending on suspension mods and too much negative camber can be just as bad during cornering as not enough.
