There is NO rear camber adjustment possible on a stock Impreza other than loosening everything and pushing/pulling the wheels in the desired direction and re-tightening the rear struts while holding tension/pressure on them.
Methods of adjusting rear camber include camber bolts, camber plates and adjustable lateral links. Any one, or combination of all of them can be used to adjust rear camber.

my guess is that the guys in the shop loosened everything up, and then pushed and pulled on it. i wasn't in the alignment bay when they did it, so i can say for sure.
I have the Tein Flex coilovers. I am needing to adjust my rear camber but the coilovers don't have adjustable camber plates. What do I need to get to adjust my camber? Can I use Camber Blots or do I need Adjustable Lateral Links or is there something else I might need to do this? Also if you know what brand of product I might want to go with.

Whiteline makes good stuff http://www.whiteline.com.au/ . You can use any of the parts you listed above. Im not positive but I think some camber plates have a marker that lets you know how much camber you are adding or subtracting but you have to remove the rear seat to do it and I dont think you have the markings with camber bolts or adjustable lateral links (my bolt kit didnt). Im not positive about this so you should do some research to see what would be best for you. If you plan on adjusting it and leaveing it a bolt kit will be the cheapest.

I just lowered my car 1.8 in the front, do I need to get a set of front cambers in order for me to align the front suspension or:
Can the shop can adjust the front suspension without any modification in the cambers?
Do you need to adjust the suspension if you install 17 or 18 inch rims with the stock suspension?

The front has stock camber bolts so you dont need to buy a bolt kit but you will need to have the front adjusted. When you go from a 16" rim to a 17" or 18" it does not affect the od of the tire if you get the right tire. If you get a 17" rim that is 7.5" wide (that is what I have) 225/45/17 would work great because it is only 2.4mm larger than stock od. If you get a 18x7.5 a 225/40/18 would be 5.3mm larger and a 215/40/18 would be 2.7mm smaller. Here is a link that tells you how to figure it out https://www.i-club.com/forums/wheel-tire-59/official-tech-thread-tire-rack-55297/. It is the 4th post on this page. Also ask around to see if people have the setup you want to make sure you will not have any rubbing issues. Make sure to include the tire size, width, od and offset of the rim.
Good luck.
Good luck.

You can order them from Whiteline direct (I put a link on the first page of this post). The bolt kit for my 02 (part # KCA414) was 116.82 Ausi dollars with shipping and tax but I think it was only around 85 US dollars. Here is a link that shows what they look like http://www.whiteline.com.au/docs/bul...074_KCA412.pdf. You can find cheaper kits but IMO these are the best I have found and who wants to worry about their rear camber falling out of adjustment.
