Ok here is the problem.... My front caliper boot ripped on the slidder pin/bolt? and rusted up and is basically froze up. My question is: is there a rebuild kit to replace them or am i stuck having to buy a new one? Help anyone....

Just buy a new one. You can get OEM parts at the dealer to rebuild it of course, but thats a pain in the ***. Advanced Auto Parts has a good selection of caliper parts. But you don't want to screw it up. Good Story.

I was towing my rally car back from the COG rally with my K5 blazer full of gear and people when I lost a boot comming out of the mountains. I had to take an exit at 70mph and blast through a red light with trailer and all onto a rather buissy street. God Bless there was no traffic comming or it would have been nasty. Took a set of vice grips to the brake line and drove it home from there. SO be careful.
