Hey guys,
Recently, I've noticed a small list of things on my car. This is a 2004 WRX lowered on tanabe springs with stock struts. 18x8 rims with 235/40/18 tires.
1. Has been pulling slightly to the right and as a result my steering wheel is never straight when going at a straight line.
2. Recently rotated my tires front to rear and vis versa and I noticed that the inner rear tires are being worn down faster than the fronts. Could this possibly mean I have too much toe?
3. Lastly, when accelerating to about 60-65mph the wheel starts shaking and rumbling really bad.
Does anyone know of a good allignment/ wheel balance place around SJSU or SJ?
Thanks!
Jon

auto innovations in milpitas for your alignment and yes theres a possiblity that the toe is out . front toe adjustment will fix your steering wheel straightness problem with the pull it can be because your camber split is more positive on the right side and the split is more then .5 or just a tire pull if you dont have directional tires criss cross them and see if it pulls the other way, or your thrust angle is jacked up wich is fixed by aligning the rear toe specs to macth the front wheels so both are equally straight on with each other, it can also be the caster but wrx's dont have adjustable caster but most likely not the problem unless your car has been in a wreck
im leaning more towards the thrust angle though cause you said the inners are wearing faster in the rear but wont know for shure till its actually on the alignment rack

Thanks DW and Cruisin, I'll have to take a look at auto inno. as soon as i get back from class.
Yea, the car has never been in a wreck so hopefully it wont be a caster problem.

+9999999999999 to Auto Innovations, they got everything that I mentioned above fixed. The previous allignment was all screwed up and the wheel balance was off. Now I'm at -1 camber all around with 0 toe. I was soooo happy to see my steering wheel back to normal again.
Thanks again everyone for mentioning AI. I will def be recommending everyone else to go there for their future suspension installs.
