Oh so you just came from the Scooby Sport website...
Well the reason they think they are the best is because they sell them.
I'm not saying they are bad by any means, but they are certainly not the most cost effective solution, especially when there are DMS 50s in the same price range.

The Ledas just aren't that popular in the US. Check http://www.scoobynet.co.uk/ there are way more people there running them.
The gist of what I've read is that most people are pleased with the Ledas, but some have complained that they need more frequent rebuilds than they should. Another small camp has complained of noises when the dampers are cold, which I think is to be expected from aftermarket coilover, but *shrug*.
All the above is just what I have picked up from reading, I don't own Ledas, nor have ever ridden in a car with them.

Can you share your reasons for your final decision? Why the Ledas instead of Cusco/JIC/Tein/DMS/STi/etc.? Just curious what sold you with all the choices out there.

I drove a car HARD that was running Ledas, and I was verrry impressed. They felt much like DMS Golds, actually, in terms of that gooey stiffness that allows you to have excellent handling coupled with ride comfort.
They are noisy when cold, but that goes away quickly. The guy is on NASIOC (screen name Mark V). He loves them. The frequent rebuilds thing is hooey.
