Unless your a fan of the whooshing noise a cold air intake on a turbo car will do absolutely nothing...
Why? beucase the turbo is like 800 degrees and if the air is 4 degrees colder it really doesn't make a difference. Install a real mod like a bigger Intercooler or a manual water spray for some added power.
Your best bet for added power is cobb's access port which i'm sure you can find praises all over this forum for.

THANKS FOR THE REPLAYS,
cOBB ACCESS PORT IS ON THE WAY TOO.
I have installed a short ram intake, and I only did it for the sound purpose, I love the sucking turbo sound, and the stock BOV is a lot louder. THe intake was only $40 too.
Would a STI intercooler void the warranty?
The reason I am askin is because I have a hook-up on one for like $300!
Note that I just got the car 3 weeks ago.
My next mod will be turbo back, and than Cobb access port, and the INtercooler. Thast all for performance.

You might wanna slow down on the mods, man..you've only had your car three weeks. If something goes wrong you'll never know if it was your mod or a manufacturer defect..

Agreed. Besides, and upgraded intercooler won't do jack on an otherwise stock car.

Unless your going to up the turbo boost you wont see real use out of that sti intercooler. I would definitely wait on a few things my friend. First you need to let that engine break in for awhile. If you flash and mod everything too fast you could possibly break something with an engine that hasn't loosened up yet. At the very least i would expect engine knock.
If your trying to keep your warrenty you better just stop with the stage 1 cobb tunning. Far as i know Subaru is prolly the worst there is for people not getting repairs due to "driver abuse"
