Transmission Warranty!!?
I broke 2 gear in my 02 wrx. I was only going 5 mph but i can put it in to the other gears. For a while i couldnt put it into any gear it was locked up. But in neutral when i have the foot off the clutch it makes a rattle sound. When i push it, it goes away. Can i get that warrantied i only have 29,000 miles on car? Any help. What should i do? Take it to dealer?

Please i need to borrow stock parts just for a while till i get my car fixed. So i can take car into dealer stock. I dont have my stock parts with me there in San Diego. I need stock intercooler,exhaust,intake,ect. thanks you. Any body that can help a fellow rex owner.

good luck getting warranty on this. The dealers are not a stupid as you think. Be careful. SOA sued someone over a similar issue not to long ago...and WON.
I got my transmission repaired under warranty...but my car is stock. People mashing on modified cars and trying to get warranty are making it hard for those of us that don't mash and don't modify our cars to get warranty work. I hope that's not the case with you.
get yourself an RA gear set from MPJ...you'll be happier in the long run anyways.

I also believe with the guy that recently lost his suit against SOA they used posts from a web forum just like this one with admissions that his car was "MODIFIED"
