like cleaning up deposits of carb on your valves, my exaust smokes a little and a friend told me that it could be carb build up on valves/ bad valves or oil gettin past piston ring

Carbon buildup? How many miles do you have on the engine? Is the smoke black (raw fuel, you'd be able to smell it), bluish (oil smoke), or white (steam, likely coolant)?

I would try a fuel system cleaner like Chevron Techron. If I really thought there might be a problem with the engine, I'd let a good shop perform a leakdown test on the engine to pinpoint the source of the smoking.

the smoke apears to be more towards bluish/white ill try the fuel system cleaner first then more likely ill head to a forced air tech to let them diagnos it. ive also read an article a while back i dont recall the forum but it said something about buying a product that is pour on the intercooler while the suby is on and it will clean the valves aswell

Just how many miles do you have?
The Chevron with Techron fuel system cleaner is one of the
best fuel system cleaners on the market and actually cleans
pretty well for just an additive you pour in your gasoline tank.
Also you can remove all of your fuel injectors and clean them
by hand.If you find a bad fuel injector just replace it.This would
be great time to install brand new injector o-rings too.
A really smart Subaru technician told me to never use Seafoam
in any Subaru.Seafoam will foul your spark plugs too.If you did use
Seafoam plan on replacing your spark plugs and fuel filter!
