IMO, the TR removes some of the nicest stuff about the newer model WRXs and doesn't save you that much money over the cost of the regular WRX. Compared to the HVAC in the TR, the automatic climate in the '05+ is incredible (my '03 HVAC sucked, the '05 is heavenly). I'd spend the little extra money to have the extra comfort

I requested a couple quotes from two dealerships via email, and i just got emails back from the two dealerships. They said they were sold out of '05 WRXes...

I went to a subaru dealership this afternoon and the salesman told me they are marking up a couple of the 05 wrx's...i guess since it's high demand

but lower redline, and longer gears. the dealership i'm at, we aren't marking up on the 05s

oh nice, subie over a type-s. =D I think i can live with the front end of the 06's.. Besides, it's not that bad, or maybe someone will make a front end for the 06 to get rid of the stock one.
