Im looking at the new imprezas. I really like the wrx but im concerned about insurance. I have an 04 ram and pay less than $600 a year for full coverage. Im thinking about getting a reg 2.5 and doing rims, body kit and so on. Im not really that concerned with going fast. Thats what my bike is for. Also....Can sunroofs be installed in these?

If going fast isnt an issue than 2.5rs will be just fine. Insurance wise they are very good because of an awsome crash test rating, and you can get a moonroof as an option with the wrx, im not positive about the 2.5rs but i dont see why not.

 

Only two 'Imprezas' can be had with a roof. STI Ltd. and WRX Premium. Not on RS, sorry.

 

Ok. I didn't nec mean that i come form the factory with sunroof. I know that some vehicles have bars across the roof and its not recomended to install one. Im going to test drive some today and see what happens. I may call my ins company too. It seem like there are quite a few 06 wrxs still around here.

 

LOL . Picked up a 07 Legacy 2.5 SE. Moonroof, Five speed. I really like it. I just wish there was more aftermarket support for it .
