Looking at buying a '93 impreza wagon.
And i know NOTHING about subaru's!
this is what i know so far about the car...
1993 SUBARU IMPREZA S/W, 5 spd, 4x4, ps, pb, pdl, pw, ac, am/fm, new tires, clutch, battery & starter, good shape, Blue/Green, 150K mi.
What motor do these have? is it the 2.2 or the 1.8 or? i have no idea.
anything i should LOOK at when i go check the car out? anything in particular that these guys have problems with?

Being a 93 I am pretty sure that it will have the 1.8L and also be FWD. I think that goes for all pre-96 imprezas. Not sure what the S/W after Impreza is though, it should be an: L, LX, or LS (rare). My 96 impreza has 170,00 on it and I redline it almost daily, and she still runs like a champ! Gotta love subies! BTW, how much do they want for it? Hope some of this help.
