Figuring Out a Good Dealer?
Are there any questions or tricks one can employ to figure out if he or she is at a dealership that's good about warranty issues, etc other than asking local Suby owners? Any trick questions that should be used on the service manager, or ways to look up a dealership's warranty service records?
Ie, walking into a dealership and saying "My transmission took a crap this morning, I've got a warranty, please replace it pronto!" - What kind of responses should I be hoping for, or running away from?
