none.
Technically if the mod you make is supposed to directly cause the damage for the dealer to void warranty, however they'll void it anyway and you'll go through hell. You mod, get ready for a ***** of a time if you need service.

If you are worried about your warranty, don't mod. Any engine mods that they find will be ammunition for them voiding your warranty.
Even with a stock car, some people have had warranty issues with dealers over transmission problems.

Honestly, some dealers will void certain claims over turbo timers and such, after market gauges, stuff that has NO bearing on making more power or on affecting the operation of the car.
Buy a 3rd party warranty if you care about coverage, otherwise just fix stuff when it breaks...

If you take it far enough they won't screw you over, due to the law that states that the mode has to be responsible for the break, I never heard anyone denied due to guages.

Has there actually been even one day when someone didn't ask this question?
No engine modification will void your warranty.
Any failure, hower, that is contributed to by your modification can be denied.
It's actually pretty logical.
They build a clutch to handle 225-230 HP. If it breaks doing that, it's their problem. If it breaks handling 300 HP, it's your problem.
They build an engine to handle X pounds of boost without blowing up. If it blows up handling X pounds, it's their problem. If it blows up handling more than that, it's your problem.
If you sold me a five pound bag and I wanted it replaced because it busted when I put in six pounds, what would you say.
Go ahead and mod. Have fun. Just be prepared to be a big boy and pay for your fun if it breaks.
