Does Subaru's special financing apply to the STI?

If you are asking about the 0.0% financing, it does include the STI. I'm actually looking right now in purchasing an STI and asked the dealer the same question.
However, you only get 0% for a 24 month finance. The rate changes depending on your plan but it is:
24 months 0.0%
36 months 2.9%
48 months 3.9%
60-72 months 4.9%
