damn parking brake!

damn parking brake!

i have to pull it all the way up to the last click to keep it from rolling back when on an incline. is it just me or is the parking brake sketchy like that? its an 04....

The parking brake is adjustable. Either take it into the dealer, or search on here or the other forum for directions. Plus, if you're parked on an incline, you should be putting your car into gear as well.

im iffy about taking it to a dealer, but if its simple i can do it myself. i always put it in gear but it doesnt mean it wont roll back or forward.

Any knowledgable mechanic could adjust it. Take it to one of the subie shops or ask a friend/relative if they can recomend a trustworthy person that wont charge an arm and a leg. Maybe check scooby mods for DIY

to adjust ebrake cable just follow where the cables go to and look for the slack adjuster.. simple as that
