Check engine light woes

Hey all, I'm havin a hard time locating the cause of my CEL. its come on a couple times now and im pretty sure its only when on cruise control. it is always when cruising on the highway at low rpm. i had the CEL pulled at a shop today and all the scanner said was something along the lines of too lean. the guy reset the light and everything seemed fine until i put it back on cruise on the way home tonight and sure enough about 5-10 seconds later it popped again. i changed the plugges twice in the last couple of weeks to make sure it wasnt them, I am using NGK irridiums that i gap checked myself. I'm kinda stumpped here and i am avoiding going to the dealership if i can cause i dont want to spend the money and my car just passed the warrantee date. here are a list of engine mods.

-AEM cold air intake
-3in turboback exhaust with cat
-larger top mount intercooler (not sure of the brand)
-turboXS BOV
-perrin oil catch can
-NGK irridiums

I think thats about it. let me know guys any help would be appreciated.

also is there a way to reset the light without disconnecting the battery cable?
