hey all, i found a really good deal on a v1 cobb accessport, problem is the reason its such a good deal is its still married to another ecu. my question is, outside of sending it back to cobb is there any way to reset the thing without the other car? thanks

 

Forget it then. If it's still married it is worthless unless you send it back to Cobb and pay them a couple hundred to reset it.

 

You're screwed unless you want to pay Cobb more than you probably paid for the AP itself. This is most likely why the guy you bought it from was selling it, because someone sold him a married AP. See if you can get in contact with him.

Lesson Learned: Theres always a reason things are cheap, ask questions.
