there are some tranny issues that people have had sporadically. The transmission responds very poorly to being beaten on (AWD drivetrain puts a lot of strain on tranny), and on rare occasions still has issues when not beaten on. It can sometimes be difficult to shift into 1st or reverse, especially when cold.
Do a quick search through the warranty issues forums, and you'll come up with lots of info on that.
That's really the biggest issue. A few other sporadic minor issues do exist. though.
