Buying a 2004 WRX sedan

Need advice on good price to pay for a 2004 WRX sedan with premium package. I live in the SF Bay Area and one dealer invoice I saw indicated $25,798 before $750 dealer incentive. How much lower can I get beyond the dealer incentive?

The WRX I test drove had an automatic transmission, security system upgrade, and upgraded sound system. Does this make a difference?

I got a black 04 WRX late month with short throw shifter, spoiler, and boost gauge for 21,900 at Green Valley Subaru in fairfield.

auto trans is about a $1000 more than 5spd but i would think that don't move many auto trans wrxs so you could get a good price there. i would not get the factory sound upgrade (spend same and get more with aftermarket) and the security system too is better aftermarket. If you add the cost of the auto trans, security and sounds thats about 1,500 which is equivalent to the premium package which i recommend highly.
