02 WRX, how much would you pay?

I'm probably going to get zero replies to this, considering where the mods moved this topic (grumble...) and how they combined shopping with maintenance, two unrelated topics (grumble!)

Anyway, I am considering selling my 02 WRX and I am curious as to how much it is worth. Around here I have seen them offered for $13k in the paper, but I've got no idea if they are actually selling them. Since the car is modified, I am going to do a private sale (IF I sell) as clearly no dealer will touch the car.

Here's the specs:

02 WRX PSM (wingless)
62,000 miles
Rear Differential replaced at 35k (warranty, done at dealer)
Center differential rebuilt at 40k (warranty, dealer)
Factory clutch

Stock turbo
STI intercooler
Cusco heat shield
STI hood scoop and splitter
APS 3" turbo-back exhaust w/ hi-flow cat
APS up-pipe (cat delete)

4 new tires (Yokohama S-Drive)
Kosei K1-TS 17" Wheels (13.5 lbs apiece)
DBA 5000-series (2-piece) rotors front, 4000-series (1-piece) rotors rear
Whiteline front strut bar, rear sway bar, endlinks and steering rack bushings

ECUtek Data Display in stock clock mount position
Stock stereo/speakers

ECUTek Tune and Setup by Dyno-Comp, well-known tuner with four magazine cover cars and an excellent reputation for safe, powerful tunes. They tune Lambos, enough said. Dynoed at 215whp @16.3 PSI, a very conservative tune but Arizona gas is extremely inconsistent in quality so I erred on the safe side.

So, how much would you ask for it? How much would you pay?

I don't have a single one of the stock parts to swap back in, except perhaps the hood scoop.
