Another rattle thread.....

I have an 05 WRX. It's been getting cold this week (it snowed on Monday), and the cruise control stick on the steering wheel is rattling. It gets better after the cabin warms up, but when I first get going it's annoying as heck. Any suggestions???

My cruise control **** was rattling the day I drove the car home. I don't know what to do with it, but I heard that if you take it to the dealer they'll probably fix it for you.

Cold causes thing to "shrink" and heat "expands", thus tolerances get larger. Don't know if there is much that can be done. I too hear more rattles in the winter then in the summer
