Allstate denied the motor rebuild claim today because the tech will not testify that the problem observed was caused by the accident. May or may not have been the cause, that's the best they can say, therefore denied.

We're going to court, I can't wait!

 

Just a quick question: Why are you dealing with your insurance company? Shouldn't they be going after the Camaro's insurance? Or is Illinois a no-fault state?
