it has come to my attention(re-visited) ... (from HIIC)

that within this past year i can count on my 10 fingers of people i know that have been in accidents in their Subaru. some are friends some are people i met on here...

i hate to sound like a goody goody preacha man..... but its been a burden in my heart for the ones unfortunate to experience the consequences of being in an accident- please drive your cars with utmost respect... while i know the most of you do - and sometimes we go outside the limits but with all the recent events lately---- definitely brought a refreshing reminder of being careful on the street

i enjoy seeing all the subies on the road.. and it literally sets my heart back when i hear of unfortunate events, or seeing one in a body shop.

that is all..... just venting my suby hurts....

your welcome, it's true though...some people just don't know their limits...i mean im not that old as some of you guys, but i've been driving since i was 16 and i never had any speeding tickets or any accident to this day....yey..just some parking tickets, but that's minor ****...and i do understand some accidents are not their fault.(just wanted to add that in)...

a rise in accidents will play a role in increases... but i wouldn't say that's the only determining factor. most insurance companies are raising rates every year. insurance fraud, juries awarding settlements, rising repair costs(labor, parts) all contribute to higher premiums.... it's not very often an insurance company will say... "we'll lower your rate because there was depreciation last year..."... how i wish that were so!

this was sort of what i was trying to say until my post was deleted. warning others as how not to drive, and alert other fellow members of KNOWN hazardous drivers on the road. that is all.

This should be a message for what ever you drive, not just Subarus. Its funny how so many Suby owners I talked to over the past 8 yrs think that Subaru's AWD will save them time and time again. Might not be the only reason for accidents, but it is the most common thing, in my experience.

I used to be the "stop driving like an A-hole" preacher for years but I came to realise that Im not your dad, and if you crash its your ***...
