what to look for when buying a subaru?
Hey everyone. My roommate and I went and test drove a 2000 impreza rs today. For some reason the dealership told us they won't give us a definate price because they just put it out on the lot.
They did say somewhere between 16 and 17 thousand. It's a really great looking car, got 38,000 miles and other than the fact that my roommate hasn't driven stick in a few years it was an altogether pretty smooth ride.
My question is this, what are some things to look for with this car that has this milage?

When the price is over 14k
I can't believe that they have an RS on the lot. It won't stay there long, someone will pick it up!
With 38k miles, nothing to looks for really. But 17k is too much in my opinion. 19k is BRAND NEW RS...
