ultimate racing question??
I have a 2005 WRX with 2500 miles and want to start buying some modifications for it. I originally was going to go with cobb because they seem safe and reliable. However ultimate racing seems to have more stages put together and some real nice numbers. Are the set-ups offered by ultimate racing safe or am I going to have a lot of problems? I did a quick search and could not find anything that I was looking for, but would appreciate some help with this question.

First I've heard of them, also. Looks like a nice machine shop on the premises. How do they do their tuning - road tuning, only? It doesn't look like they have an on-site dynamometer. Several of i-Club's registered vendors use their own on-site dynos for primary tuning, then road test afterwards to monitor for knock. I see that Ultimate Racing has a dyno plot generated on a Dyno Dynamics dyno so maybe they have access to another facility's equipment for tuning.

i've been eyeballing ultimate racing for a couple of weeks... some of their stage kits look impressive. however, i haven't ordered anything from canada yet. . .

I have not been a WRX owner for to long, but from what I have learned so far it seems that ours cars can only be around mid 12s before the tranny goes out. Yet these canadians are pulling 11.8s. From reading other post on other sites ultimate racing claims that the car is a daily driver and they have not had any problems. Can we trust the canadians??????
