Good time...
Whats the turbo specs? Trim and A/R's?
You run full boost from 1st to 5th?
Stock Clutch and Flywheel?
Any Pulleys or other mods?
Tuned by you, using ECUTEK, on your Dyno? Or did you tune at the Track?
Again, Great Time...Congratulations,
Zee
Oh what about weight? Did you pull weight off the car and what tires are you using?

Specs? Well we can't really give out all our secrets
Yes full boost from 1st to 5th.
Stock Flywheel, ACT clutch.
This was tuned on and off on the street and on the track using the EcuTek in conjunction with our Motec Wideband.
We're not really big on Dyno tuning for the WRX. The first time we went we noticed radical differences while datalogging on and off the dyno. Obviously the car is not really moving anywhere. Intake air temperature suffers as the top mount absorbs huge amounts of heat soak. As well, the fans in the dyno shops just can't mimic the air force while actually driving. This isn't assumption, this IS what we datalogged.

You ran high 11's and you have Secret turbo Specs???
Let me guess, t3/t04e with a .63A/R and maybe a Vtrim turbine wheel, with a .70 A/R to4e Compressor Housing and a 60-1 Compressor Wheel...I think the turbine wheel trim is wrong but the Compressor side is pretty common for 25psi setups...
Top Mount Coolers Suck...Plain and Simple...The bigger they are, the more material for the heatsoak to spread to...
With the kind of pressure and flow you have, you should look into a quality Bar and Plate Cooler to replace what you have now...Everything else is on point...

Well not quite secret. But the turbochargers we use in our kits are generally not disclosed. We spent countless days and many turbochargers in order to find the one that worked THE BEST for our application.
As far as Front-Mounts go...ours works great...just not on the dyno. I agree, Bar and Plate is where it's at! That's why our top mount is bar and plate.

So actually I wasn't being sarcastic... I do wish my car was that cool... ANYWAY. Nice job on both cars, sounds like you guys are doing some great work. Any plans for an MY02 2.5 RS line-up of parts now or in the future?
