These are aftermarket security systems. If the tracking service isn't offered in Canada, it's probably because the company doesn't feel it would be profitable. The answer to this is, of course, start stealing more cars.

17, i totaled a 2002 mitsubishi galant, no tickets, i hitt a deer going 75 on i95 lost control hit the median, flipped like 6 times and hit like 4-5 trees, and not a scratch on me lol..
