well the date is set for Sept 29th. I have a small claims suit against subaru for a defective trans and not honoring their warranty. if anyone has any info relating to past cases or present cases in the works, please post links or email me. If anyone has statistics or works for a dealership and knows anything about numbers of transmission breaks in the U.S., production numbers, etc. let me know. Thanks in advance.
