Question: When were you biten by the Subaru bug?!

I am new to this club and pretty new to the Subaru line up of awesome rally cars. I am 17 and I was infected only about a year ago when I saw my first WRX in a dealership. It was love at first sight. For now though I can only dream. So tell me when were you biten?

I think I was about 13 or 14 when I spied a Subaru XT. That thing was cool. I lost interest for a while, then I realized I loved snowboarding and I was once again infatuated with Subaru and Audi Quattro...

My parnter and I were starting to shop for a performance AWD wagon about a year ago. We'd looked at the VW Passat, Audi A4 and even the BMW 320ix wagons before i discovered the WRX sport wagon in the magazines for about $15,000 less.
My honey had prevously owned an Eagle Talon so we didn't have to give up anything in performance.

I had driven one for years on GT1,2 And 3 Liked the looks but, never paid any special attention to them. untill, I was driving my Z28 when one pulled up beside me. I assumed typical rice punk. I'll just drop a gear and spank him. I was in 6th went to 5th should of went to 3rd. He walked off and left me!!! I quickly took the next exit. Now my wife drive a 2003 White WRX And i'm proud of it!!!

An SVX caught my attention years ago. I didnt car about cars back then like I do now though.
Interestingly, I was playing Gran Turismo 2 and selected the Legacy B4... And I was beating lots of fast cars with it, and my cousin was like "What, your subaru is passing that porsche so easily" and I got curious...
It wasnt until later when I went out on a test driving fest with my mother while she was looking for a new car when I test drove an RS and fell in love
