I drive a lot out in the country or in areas that seem to have a lot of bugs that I drive through, and it seems that some of the bug Splat that had gotten on one of the headlight lenses seems to have discolored it, and I have not been able to come up with anything that will take it off. Anyone have any ideas of how to remove the discoloration and restore the clarity of the lens?

Try orange glow or oxy clean. I have found that both of these cleaners are safe on almost any product plus they smell great (orange glow) and you don't inhale toxic fumes or touch something toxic :-)

I've used this for years and I think it might be what you need.

i second the cleaner, if you want to you can follow it up with their polish, it worked so well it gets my plastic completely clean, AND it saved me in a scouring sponge fiasco
