Question about 02 WRX wagon weight capacity?

hey guys, this is kind of a dumb question but I got an 02 wrx wagon on stock suspension, stock wheels/tires. I really want to lower it and I'm considering spring/struts or coilovers. My budget is around 500-600 at most and I plan to get them used for this price. My real question is, I do heavy costco loads for work errands (8-12 cases of gatorades, water, etc...) on average and this alone makes my car sit how I would like it to sit (low) while at the stock height. If I were to get either coilovers or springs/struts, would this be a problem? Would it ruin the suspension? Should I consider coilovers over springs/struts like my friend insisted? Also, I might want to mention that I would only be drivin roughly 1-2 miles with the loads each time...about 2-3 times a week. Anyone have input on this matter, feel free to help. Thanks

-Dan
