You neglected to post your calculated miles-per-gallon and other info requested in thread's first post.

When posting, please see first post of this thread for info that should be included in your post. This thread is for calculated gas mileage, only, not guesstimated tankfuls.
year/model: MY02 WRX wingless sedan.
mods that may affect gas mileage: Catless uppipe, 3" catback, factory downpipe and two factory cats. Vishnu underdrive crank pulley. Vishnu Stage Zero reflash (Ecutek). Mobil 1 5W-30 motor oil, Red Line Lightweight ShockProof for 5MT and rear diff, tires inflated to 39 lbs. front, 36 lbs. rear. Stock ride height.
fuel/octane used: Unocal 76, 91 octane (typical watered down CA premium) $4.67/gallon.
calculated gas mileage: 334.1 miles travelled over weekend of June 20 - 22nd, round trip Sacramento CA to Reno NV plus some freeway driving in town, using 11.221 gallons of gas equals 29.766 miles per gallon. Gas level reads somewhere between 3/4 and empty.
type of driving during last fillup: almost all freeway driving, averaging 62 mph using cruise control set to 65 mph when traffic permitted, with some quick blasts to pass convoys of big rigs on the way back down to Sacramento. Donner Summit is near the highest point of I-80 in the Sierra Nevadas and is approximately 7000 feet in elevation. This is definitely not the type of drive to achieve best fuel economy.

year/model: MY06 WRX sedan
[B]mods that may affect mpg:[B] none
fuel/octane used: Shell Octane 91 w/ V-Power
calculated gas mileage: typically around 330 miles a tank driving mostly highway during rush hour times in san diego. usually used about 13.4 gallons. ends up being about 24.6 mpg.

I also drive about 75-80mph too so that doesn't help. Especially with the A/C blasting.

Mods: Cobb Stg 1 (currently 91 octane map), Customer muffler and resonator delete, synthetic lube
Fuel: Marathon 93 Octane
MPG: 27-29 MPG depending on driving style/mood. (20 mile commute daily with 1/3 on interstate.)
I run the A/C as little as possible. (Must be in the mid/upper 90's)

2.5" uppipe
AEM CAI(i know its dumb, I wish I never threw out my airbox)
225 45 17 conti extreme contacts

93 octane if available, 91 otherwise

worst has been 120 miles to the tank (my roommate had an s2000 with spoon intake, and I beat him everytime, he was sad everytime muhah ha ha hah)
8.5 mpg

best was 380, but it was on a road trip and I literally kept it on cruise control at 75 without tweaking the speed. the light came on at 360
27mpg

now I have sti ver6. RA gear set- 5spd
its not much lower but maybe 10% lower on gas.

I put back the stock BOV
I recently changed sparkplugs to 1 step colder NGK iridiums, that helped.
my tires are also 215 and not 225 anymore so that'll help as well
I should probably clean my airfilter too
I also want to reflash and not sprint until the ECU remaps itself, see how that goes. Im about to take a 6000 mile road trip hehe.

Mods: Perrin uppipe and intercooler hoses
Octane: 91 California blend
Mileage: 24-25 mpg
Roads: 30% city/70% highway

Additional info: The car has 129k miles but is well maintained. For tire pressures, I run 36 psi front and 33 psi rear. My average freeway speed is 70. I am not picky regarding fuel brands but I always fill up with 91. I seldom use the A/C, except on warm days while cruising on the freeway.

My best of 28.67 mpg was achieved during a recent trip in Northern California. I filled up in Redding, drove to Tahoe, and then filled up again in Vacaville.

Mods: Unknown, bought the car as is from some guy that bought it only 3k miles earlier. Will hopefully find out tonight
Octane: Costco 91 Octane, California Style
Mileage: Half tank = ~180miles mixed city/highway, so I think I average about 26-27 mpg.

I'm guessing STi 6 Speed Transmission = economical. Might actually switch to it when i get the money.

Hmm...

2009 2.5i Hatch.
CA 87 octane from 76.
Lowest is 23 MPG in town, highest is 33 MPG on a road trip.
Paid $3.15/gallon the last time I bought gas, and I think that's the most I have paid.
394 miles is the most I have gotten before the light came on.
I drive like a jackass sometimes, but nothing terribly excessive.
I have a SRS N1 catback, 2002 WRX alloy wheels (lighter), and Swift springs (maybe the lower stance changes the aerodynamics ).
