i realize these make me look retarded, but i think it's best if someone would just tell me what they mean.

what exactly does "throwing a cell" mean? i have an accessport, so i must be aware of this

and also i've heard a lot about WOT. what does WOT mean?

You mean thow a CEL or Check Engine Light, the light that comes on when something is wrong and you can have a code read with an OBDII tool to tell you what is wrong.

WOT is wide open throttle or having your foot to the floor.
