new member - can't enable avatar (was: 3" or 3 1/5" turbo back)

see whenever i try edit the aviator this is there and i can't get it to go away:

By default, avatars are disabled. They can only be enabled if you achieve VIP status by writing 20 or more quality product reviews in the Reviews section for parts or mods that you personally have on your car. Keep a list of links so the reviews can be checked. This offer can be rescinded at any time by Imprezer.
Once in a great while, he may offer free VIP status for something really different so you just have to watch for his posts. This may only happen once per year, though.
