Hello my name is Ronald. I am new to I-club and new to subarus. I just purchased a 2002 wrx that has been wrecked. and i wanna get some input. Id like to swap the motor (which has only 2k) into a 2.5 rs that i would later purchase. Or Do you guys think this car, is fixable, only problem is this wrx has an automatic tranny. but that can always be swapped out.

My brother bought a wrx 8 months ago and ive been hooked on subaru ever since. I am conviced they are the best cars on the road.

2) ej20 into a RS would be sweeeeeeeeet. It's probably better that way.

...the 2.0L wouldnt be better unless it was turbo'd(i think)...better yet turbo the 2.5 and get forged pistons/rods

 

put thee ej20 motor into a older rs. that is the classic wrx then, and it would be sweet.!!!
